" Set within a sought after South Sutton location this stylish and sumptuous 2 double bedroom house is offered onto the market in our opinion, in excellent condition throughout. As you enter into the property there is a living room inn excess of 13' to the rear of the house there is a 13ft kitchen/dinner with views over the garden. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with the master being 11ft in length and the other bedroom being 11ft respectively with all the rooms being served by the family bathroom. On the outside to the rear there is a landscaped garden which has a patio area which follows onto a lawn area.
Village Row is well situated for all of Sutton's local amenities including a vast array of bars, restaurants and shops with Sutton's mainline station providing good links into the City.

When I was first looking for a house I needed a home that ticked all the boxes, I needed to be within a few minutes walk to the station and shops but I wanted somewhere which was very quit. I viewed lots of houses and could not find anything, as soon as a viewed Village Row I knew I had found my home because it had all of the above. With work commitments I have now had to relocate and will greatly miss my house. I hope the next owner will enjoy the house like I have.
