It was all about the location when we were looking to buy as we wanted to be close to Sutton with the excellent transport links and shopping. So when we came across this apartment we absolutely fell in love with the size and space and the fact that it was on two levels.
What was also a massive appeal was that although it was the location we wanted the entrance was secure and private so that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the High Street.
We have also enjoyed the outside space on the terrace and we have completely transformed the layout to a fresh and modern style.
