" We are delighted to offer for sale this well presented corner plot detached home which is offered for sale with no vendor chain. The property occupies a good sized corner plot, which provides the home with side garden and front garden space, both with lawn areas; whilst to the rear of the home there is an enclosed courtyard design garden area, with patio area for sitting and entertaining plus pedestrian access into the detached garage and gate leading out to the double width driveway. The double width driveway is accessed off Charlestown Road and this leads to the detached garage which provides extra parking, a space to convert into an office or workshop perhaps OR even removed, if you would prefer to create more open space for the garden.

We trust our floor plan will give you a good indication of the shape, size and layout of the accommodation on offer, however we strongly advise you view this home for yourself to fully appreciate the many benefits on offer.
