Gawsworth Road is a popular residential road located on the outskirts of Macclesfield and comprises a mixture of different styles of property. This particular property is a spacious detached bungalow, constructed to brick elevations under a pitch tiled roof, set in a sizeable plot with front and rear gardens and a wide tarmacadam driveway providing parking for a number of vehicles. The front garden is laid to lawn bordered by mature hedging with some flowerbeds, whilst the secluded, fully enclosed rear garden is lawned, with a patio area, mature hedging and specimen trees. Internally the accommodation is deceptively spacious, providing ample scope for extension and improvements and is laid out in true bungalow style. The enclosed porch opens onto the long entrance hall, which leads to the day and night-time accommodation comprising: Fitted kitchen with access to a large rear porch/sun room, which in turn leads out to the rear garden. Good size lounge with feature living flame gas fire and several windows flooding the room with natural light. There is a large dining room overlooking the garden, which could be used as a second bedroom and a generous master bedroom with dual aspect windows. The bathroom is also a generous size and currently fitted with a coloured three piece suite, including a thermostatic overhead shower. The bungalow is warmed by gas fired central heating and has uPVC double glazed windows. We strongly recommend a viewing to appreciate the sizeable plot and great potential of the property.
