Overall Description This is a beautifully presented first floor apartment in an attractive Grade II Listed Georgian property which was formerly owned by the local brewers, McMullens. The apartment has wonderful high ceilings which along with the tall sash windows and good-sized rooms makes it feel really spacious and light. The owner has fully modernised the apartment including installing a brand new kitchen and bathroom, new carpets, new sash windows, new gas central heating system and total re-decoration so it is immaculate throughout. There are two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, good-sized modern kitchen, large sitting/dining room, and long central corridor linking all the rooms which also has a useful store. There is additional bike storage in the communal entrance as well as an allocated parking space in the car park behind the apartment. If you are looking for an apartment with the 'wow' factor and want to be very conveniently located for everything that Hertford has to offer, as well as being within walking distance to both it's railway stations then this apartment could well be for you.
