" Distinctive, different and full of character. Old Stables is a converted stables that has undergone recent modernisation with an extension added in 1996 to accommodate a large kitchen. The property sits in a generous plot on the desirable Hagsdell Road in Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG13.The ground floor consists of: a floor tiled entrance hall with large shuttered windows providing plenty of natural light, a large lounge with plenty of big shuttered windows to the southern and western aspects, again bathing the room with natural light and giving views to the front of the property and back garden. The lounge has wooden flooring and a wood burner. There is a large floor tiled kitchen with gas stove and access to the rear garden through French windows. There are three further floor tiled rooms (the old stables) which can be designated as receptions or bedrooms and a modern shower room. The first floor has four carpeted double bedrooms with much wardrobe and cupboard space. The main bedroom and last bedroom have views to the rear garden.
