" 10 Farm Place occupies an attractive location on the edge of Bury Green, a small hamlet only a few miles from Bishops Stortford in an area popular with commuters. The house was built in 2008 and is partially faced in brick and part rendered with colour washed elevations under a neat tiled roof. The present owners have made a significant number of improvements to the house which now has delightful accommodation over two floors with many noteworthy features. On the ground floor there is a large and bright drawing room with a raised fireplace, kitchen/breakfast room with modern appliances and doors to the garden and a utility room. On the first floor, there is a sizeable master bedroom suite with an en suite shower room and three further bedrooms and a family bathroom and a second en suite shower room.

Outside there are gardens to the front and a rear garden with an octagonal summer house, lawns, shrub borders and a terrace. A gated access leads to a parking area either side of a detached garage with an adjoining summer room/store.
