A demure interior and unbeatable location really sets this pad apart from the rest. On the second floor of a smart period terrace, the flat has a much-loved Victorian layout and a pleasing minimal interior. Yours to enjoy are a spacious reception, double bedroom, separate kitchen and graceful bathroom. Social life is guaranteed with the funky night life of Brixton and Camberwell just minutes away. The flat is a stroll away from transport into town for work and on the doorstep of King's College Hospital.

The original tiled path leads up to the communal front door, where you can access this pad on the second floor. You arrive in the centre of the apartment and the kitchen is first to catch your eye. It's arranged at the very rear of the building, with lightly varnished original wooden floors, dual aspect sash windows and lovely powder blue units. Camberwell offers some superb pubs too, try The Castle or Sun and Doves for a spot of lunch. There are more than ample eateries and bars at your fingertips, plus a vibrant music scene (both areas are Basement Jaxx's old stomping ground). Many funky clothes shops plus a great Saturday market are all found in Brixton. Take the Sunday papers to beautiful Ruskin Park, just 2 minutes south west of you.
