" This handsome Victorian terrace is awash with period features and has the prettiest garden I have seen in some time. The property offers versatile living accommodation; the current owner enjoys three receptions, two bathrooms and three large bedrooms. The property measures in excess of 130 sq m so this could be altered to suit. Enter into a wide hallway with original cornicing to find two reception rooms with grand marble fireplaces, stripped wood flooring, and lovely high ceilings with original roses, cornicing and a picture sash window means it is wonderfully bright. On the lower ground floor, there's a large dining room which rolls onto a well-equipped kitchen. This is finished in keeping with its period with ample storage and a NEFF double oven and range. There is a large storage room which would make a great utility room or office and a further storage cupboard off the dining room. On the first and second floors are three double bedrooms - two of which have built in wardrobes and span the entire width of the house (approx 16ft).
