" The house is set back from the road behind a paved drive and pretty front garden. You enter into a central hallway with parquet flooring that runs through to the main reception rooms. To the right is a spacious dining room with dark wood panelling, a feature fireplace and a large bay window. The main living room opens into a large conservatory that runs along the rear of the house spanning over 30ft. The glass windows offer lovely views over the garden with a door outside and another door into the kitchen. The kitchen is made up of wooden units with integrated appliances and space for a breakfast table. The original garage has been converted into a study and a new garage was added to the side many years ago. Finally, there is a utility space and a WC. Upstairs on the first floor are four decent bedrooms, all with built in storage and the larger with an en-suite. There is a family bathroom and a door up to a further bedroom and plenty of eaves storage. The Incredible rear garden is south facing and runs for 285ft, opening out to nearly 90ft wide towards the end. It is mainly laid to lawn with a pond and water feature and offers plenty of space for a swimming pool or tennis court.
