" Forming part of this Edwardian terrace, this wonderful family home offers five bedrooms and spacious living accommodation. Set on one of Westcombe Park's finest roads, the pretty street is lined with similar period properties and is just yards from Greenwich Park. EPC Rating D

Internally the owner has retained much of the period charm with stripped wood floorboards, picture rails and period fireplaces, found throughout the house.  Entered through a charming porch with tiled flooring, the ground floor features generous living space with two reception rooms and a recently fitted country style kitchen that flows into a dining space with an exposed brick fireplace.  The reception room to the rear has plenty of character with a lovely Inglenook fireplace, with working fire and double doors leading onto a well maintained rear garden.
