" A substantial and detached family home, located just moments from the open heath and Blackheath Village.

The spacious property offers three reception rooms, seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. Eliot Vale is a delightful spot with a leafy, secluded feel. Providing much sought after family accommodation, with the benefit of off street parking to the front and a beautiful 110ft approx. rear garden, these houses rarely come to the market.

On the ground floor, two of the generous reception rooms open out onto the garden patio and the two front rooms looking out onto the mature front garden. The house also retains many of its Edwardian features, such as stripped wood floors and period fireplaces.
