" You enter into an impressive entrance hall, typical of the Edwardian era with an original fireplace and attractive teak block flooring that also runs through to the study and the WC. The formal living room is at the front of the house and has a gas stove and a large rounded bay window fitted with plantation shutters. The back of the house has been extended to create a fantastic open plan entertaining space. This room has three distinct areas; a living area with an original open fire with marble surround, a dining area and a beautiful bespoke wooden shaker style kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar, a marble worktop and an impressive 4 oven AGA with companion module. This amazing room is filled with natural light from the atrium roof and the bi-folding doors which lead straight out to the garden. There is a further study off the kitchen with its own entrance from the front and a very large storeutilty room. Upstairs are four good sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a stylish family bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and contemporary tiling.
