" An excellent extension, a wonderful loft conversion and contemporary fittings and strong pops of colour, that's what this not-so-little-house is made of. The kitchen/diner is a strikingly warm room with a side-bay sash window that gives you ideal dining space. Wood concertina doors open out to the unusually private rear garden, those high-gloss red kitchen units integrate a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, in-column microwave and white ceramic sink. An extra-large freestanding stainless steel range is fitted, down-lighters are installed in the ceiling and a oak floor runs underfoot. At the front of the house is a sitting room which has a cast iron working fireplace, a very large sash bay window, coving and wood flooring. The second reception overlooks the side return and there are three more double bedrooms on the first floor, a large bathroom and a separate loo. You'll find a shower cubicle and bath in the bathroom, twin fitted wardrobes in the front bedroom and a Juliet balcony in the rear one. The attic is now a huge bedroom

(which is today used as an office) with a balcony with a fine view of the City and Canary Wharf skylines and a study area. There is also a family bathroom that has a freestanding bath with ceiling-hung shower-rose above, minimally styled basin, loo, contemporary metro tiles and underfloor heating.
