" Somebody has really enjoyed making this house a fantastic family home. On the ground floor, the rear rooms have been opened up to create a fantastic kitchen/diner with French doors that open out to the garden and a walk-in cupboard/larder. Lino flooring is fitted, the oven is built in to a wall, white kitchen units line the far wall, tall units line the inside wall and a freestanding island gives you even more workspace.

There's a front reception with stripped floorboards, fitted bookshelves and a bay sash window. You've also got a useful downstairs cloakroom and utility room, deep under-stairs storage cupboards and an extra-wide hall.

Three of the four first-floor bedrooms are doubles and the fourth is an ideal nursery/office as it has a connecting door to the master/largest bedroom. All but one have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is lovingly kitted out with subtle contrasting walls of metro tiles that have square alcoves of gold mosaic tiles.
