" A beautiful attached Edwardian period home, in the highly sought-after location of Langland, Gower. The property sits on a glorious, quiet, tree lined road which will take you directly down to Langland beach, which is a short 400 meter walk away. The home sits back off the road and boasts a lovely welcoming facade, and a mature garden filled with southern hemisphere shrubs and patio to the front. You will enter the home and be welcomed by the very spacious and naturally bright entrance hallway which has an abundance of original features twinned with more modern elements which ensure a beautifully bright and characterful space. Let us first discover the lounge, a large well proportioned room with high ceilings, Edwardian style decorative coving and a show stopper immense square bay window. The bay window houses fitted bench style seating with storage underneath and beautiful caf? style French shutters. You can sit here reading a book and look out over the beautiful garden to front.
