Take a right hand turn by the primary school into Heol Yr Ysgol and follow the road around to the right hand side. As the road bears to the left there is a track that goes off to the right follow this track for approx 100 yards and the further track can be found on the right hand side before reaching the gateway to Swn Y Nant which takes you down to the property on the left.
