About the Property:
Originally built in the 19th Century and probably being the home of the Iron Works' Manager at the time, a detached three bedroom house having been considerably modernised and refurbished.

There is uPVC double glazing and oil fired heating and the property is presented to a high standard throughout. The property stands in grounds which extend to approximately a quarter of an acre and which provide a high degree of privacy.

It is situated in the semi rural village of Cwmgwrach and within convenient reach of the local amenities at Glynneath, and to the A465.
