" This semi detached house is ideal for any family looking to upgrade or move into Brockham. The house offers excellent space downstairs with 2 receptions, kitchen and conservatory with utility space. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, a sizeable garage/ workshop and plenty of parking to the front and side. To the rear, a sizeable garden.
This house provides great space for adults and children downstairs, with two separate reception rooms. The kitchen is also separate with access at the back to the conservatory and utility area.
With 3 bedrooms, there is room for everyone and over the years the current owner has had a double bed in all 3 rooms.
Outside the garden has been beautifully maintained with established shrubs and mature fruit trees. At the end of the garden there are very attractive green views.
