" Nicely set back from Fryern Road is Oaklynn which is a detached three/four bedroom house which has been greatly improved by the current owners to include gas central heating, decorating and double glazing.
On entering the property there is a spacious entrance hall with Indian slate flooring and leading off are all rooms, to the front of the property there is the first reception room/bedroom currently used as a music room but with an open fireplace would make the perfect cosy retreat. On the other side of the entrance hall is a dining room which leads through to the kitchen. The main sitting room overlooking the rear garden also has an open fire and the ground floor accommodation is completed with the bathroom.

To the first floor there are three bedrooms all being double in size with the master having an en-suite cloakroom which could be enlarged to provide a full en-suite.

Outside the gardens are a particular feature of the property with a formal garden complete with several storage sheds and a childs play house whilst to the rear of the garden there is a green house, fruit trees and vegetable plot. The plot is approaching a third of an acre and an internal inspection of the property is recommended.
