" Built in 1985 this is a spacious property with adaptable accommodation. On entering there is an enclosed entrance porch opening to a large entrance hall. The hallway and dining room on the ground floor both have parquet flooring, the kitchen at the rear of the property has been re-fitted over recent years with a range of pale blue fitted units including a double oven, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is a bedroom, small sitting room / snug and shower room which could easily accommodate a dependent relative, to the rear running all along the back of the property is a conservatory providing various adaptable spaces.

To the first floor the feature vaulted sitting room with parquet flooring and wood burner is a lovely size and has views over the garden and to the South Downs beyond. Off the sitting room is one of the bedrooms with en-suite which has the added advantage of doors to a balcony with steps down to garden. The remainder of the first floor accommodation there is a bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms. All the accommodation is adaptable and can be used in a variety of ways whatever suits your family needs.
