" Offering a perfect opportunity to create your own home, Newlands is a mature detached bungalow in need of some modernisation. Sitting within a plot of approximately 0.6 acre the current layout provides a large sitting room with open fireplace and two windows allowing lots of light to flood in and lovely views of the Chanctonbury Ring on the South Downs.

The dining room and kitchen are beside each other with the kitchen having an oil fired Aga range cooker and, uniquely, a walk in refrigerator although sadly not currently in use.

The remainder of the ground floor provides four good size bedrooms, some with wardrobes, and two bathrooms whilst on the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have lovely bay windows overlooking the gardens.

The gardens are a particular feature of this property. Sitting approximately in the middle of the plot with a lovely front garden, landscaped with shrubs , lawns and a feature pond and a front path leading to a wide flight of steps to the front door.

From our office in Storrington proceed along the High Street to the mini roundabout. Take the first exit onto School Hill (B2139) and continue over the next two mini roundabouts onto Rock Road. Proceed for approximately 1.3 miles where the driveway to Newlands can be found on the left hand side along with a public footpath sign. The garage is immediately on the left hand side with ample parking for visitors.
