" A 3 bedroom semi-detached Victorian house with a 60โ€™ x 32โ€™ south/east facing rear garden in need of modernisation and offering tremendous potential for an extension (STPP). This character house has accommodation spanning 4 floors which includes a useful cellar accessed from the rear garden (limited head height) and comprises; a ground floor entrance hall, a sitting room with bay window and tiled fireplace, a separate dining room with bay window overlooking the rear garden and distant outlook over the town and fireplace with gas fire and a kitchen fitted with a range of white cupboards.
