A 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian semi detached cottage having been completely refurbished by the current owner to the most exact standard possible. The quality of fittings and design are quiet superb, easily blending a contemporary design internally within a Victorian shell. The property has been substantially extended since 2011 and the accommodation now spans 3 floors.  The garden only compliments the property further having been landscaped to create an easy to maintain suntrap ideal for all seasons.

The accommodation now includes a sitting room with a fireplace with inset multi fuel stove with cast iron surround and oak shelves either side with space for logs beneath.  The dual aspect extended kitchen/dining/family room provides a fabulous entertaining space, fitted with grey cupboards complemented by varnished wooden worksurfaces as well as a breakfast bar suitable for 4 persons.  There is an oversized ceramic sink, space for a range style cooker with a built-in microwave and coffee machine either side.  There is an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.  Bifold doors open onto the timber decked patio.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with full length built-in wardrobes.  The luxurious family bath/shower room features a centrally positioned free standing roll top bath with a full length mirror behind.  There is a shower cubicle with rainwater shower, wc, wash basin with cupboard beneath and over sized floor tiles with underfloor heating.
