" 7 Mill Way comprises a substantial semi detached house situated on a large corner plot at the end of a small cul de sac. The excellent family sized accommodation affords, on the ground floor, a lounge with a log effect gas fire and an archway opening to a separate dining room and a double glazed conservatory overlooking the rear garden. A further archway off the dining room opens to the kitchen fitted with a range of built in units and appliances with a useful larder cupboard and a stable door opening to the garden.

The first floor bedrooms are also of a good size, served by a fully tiled bathroom.

Outside, a five bar gate accesses the adjoining driveway which provides parking for two vehicles. From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and just beyond the first mini roundabout turn right by the old post office into the library car park. At the far end of the car park turn right at the crossroads into Coombe Hill and then take the first turning left into Mill Way. Number 7 is situated at the far end of the cul de sac on the right hand side.
