" As you walk through the front door you will see how well maintained this two bedroom end of terrace home is. There is a large window at the front providing lots of natural light into the 23'2 lounge/diner, which run from the front to the back of the property.The kitchen here has been re fitted with an integrated oven, hob and filter fan, whilst enjoying views over the secluded rear garden.Some of the other many improvements that have been undertaken include replacement double glazing and French doors from the lounge/diner to the rear garden and a new central heating boiler, which was installed in 2006.
Both bedrooms are of a good size with the master bedroom having a range of fitted wardrobe cupboards. The bathroom also benefits from having a window to provide lots of natural light.Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this home enjoys a quiet and enviable position. Outside the rear garden is a particular feature of this home and is deceptively spacious. Situated on a large corner plot, it measures 40' x 36'10 at its furthest points, and is mainly laid to lawn and has is a paved patio area with mature tree screening. In addition, at the side of the property there is allocated parking.

When we bought our home, we thought it was such a pretty house and liked the quiet cul de sac location. We liked the open plan layout of the lounge/diner, as it allows in so much light.When we saw the garden, we were sold. The mature trees give plenty of privacy and create a canopy over our patio area. Being the end of terrace, the garden is that bit wider than others we viewed and always proves popular in the summer for barbecues.We love the house and the area and have made great friends with the neighbours and wouldn't be selling if we didn't have to move closer to family.
