" This one bedroom apartment is within a block of four purpose built homes with allocated parking right outside. The communal entrance hall leads to the front door which opens into an entrance hall. The lounge is bright and spacious and the large double bedroom has two windows allowing lots of natural light to flood through. The bathroom comprises of a modern white suite.

This home is advantageously positioned within the family friendly village of Southwater. Southwater is COMMUTER FRIENDLY as we have regular buses going the short distance to Horsham train station and quick access to the A24, M23 and A281.

Southwater offers lots of activities and clubs and a friendly community. The village is well catered for with a Co-Op, pubs, Boots, very popular Indian restaurant and coffee shop, among other amenities. It also boasts the ever popular Southwater Country Park, dinosaur playpark and quick access to the Downs Link.
