" The property offers easy access to the A24 commuter route to London, Gatwick and Brighton, with nearby Horsham town just a 5 minute drive away offering a mainline train station and local amenities.

There is a well thought out blend of both living and bedroom space arranged over two floors with the benefit of driveway parking for several vehicles, a garage and landscaped rear gardens.

There is an open-plan layout to the ground floor with a modern kitchen with integrated appliances open to the sitting/dining room area where there are double doors stepping directly onto the rear garden terrace. There is convenient understairs storage space and also of note is a downstairs cloakroom from the hallway.

Nearby Horsham is a vibrant market town with great transport links and excellent educational facilities. The schooling caters for state and public sectors. There is a thriving restaurant and caf? scene, from familiar chains to independent and award-winning eateries. West Street and Swan Walk offer comprehensive shopping and there is a John Lewis at Home and Waitrose on Albion Way.
