" A charming semi-detached house which has been extended and improved by our clients to now offer spacious and adaptable accommodation.

The attached floor plan explains the layout in detail, but in brief this includes three double bedrooms on the first floor (two of which are inter-connecting rooms) and an extremely spacious family bathroom. The ground floor provides a charming sitting room which leads into the conservatory overlooking the gardens, a dining room which links into the dual aspect kitchen breakfast room via double doors. Situation
Naldretts Lane is situated in a semi-rural location on the edge of the hamlet of Bucks Green, about
half a mile to the south of the village of Rudgwick. Local facilities are available in the village whilst the larger centres of Billingshurst, Cranleigh, Horsham and Guildford provide comprehensive facilities and
main line rail services to both London Waterloo and London Victoria. Nearby there are excellent schools state village schools, Pennthorpe, Cranleigh and
Farlington and also sporting and recreational facilities including golf at Slinfold, Rookwood (Horsham) and Wildwood (Alfold). At the end of the lane is a bridleway which links with the Downs Link, giving superb riding, walking and cycling.
