" Upper Whitehill Farm, Overton

Upper Whitehill Farm, Overton, was believed to been created in the 1850s as a Model Farm , incorporating the latest farming methods of the time. By the 1960โ€˜s things had moved on, and the bulk of the Agricultural Land was transferred to adjoining Farms, and the semi detached pair of cottages, plus the Farm Buildings were sold off. Approx site 3Ha 7.5 Acres . Upper Whitehill Farm is now a Residential Farm .

Farmhouse.

The Farmhouse was originally a pair of semi detached cottages that were combined in the 1960s, and a very unsuitable 1960s rear extensions added. The property has 4 5 bedrooms, with oil fired central heating, and wood burner, heating. Options might include;
