" A delightful family home is available in the sought-after Hambledon Road.
You are greeted by a light and airy entrance hall giving an immediate sense of space and setting the scene for the rest of the property. The lounge is a great place to entertain as it leads onto a lovely conservatory which can be enjoyed in good or bad weather. The dining room, with its feature fireplace and abundance of light from the dual aspect windows, is the perfect place for a Sunday roast, and the large kitchen is the perfect place to prepare it! With the crisp, white units and built in appliances, it has a traditional yet modern feel to it.
The flexibility within the property is key, because to the front there is the room which is currently being used as a study, but could easily lend itself to be a 4th bedroom, it is an excellent size and has the convenience of the downstairs cloakroom just across the hall.
Upstairs the theme of light and space continues throughout the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and offers a number of built-in wardrobes and storage cupboards. The bathroom is well presented and has a separate W.C.
The garden has ample space for growing children to run around, and the Willow Tree and mature shrubs only add to the charm of this property.
With the essential benefits of gas central heating, double glazing, garage and driveway, the convenience of the local parade of shops this lovely home does have a great deal to offer.

What the Owner says:

We have lived in and enjoyed this home for 47 years, we have watched our family grow up here. Amongst other things, we were attracted by the garden as we had two small children and they spent many days running around playing. There are some great schools around here and good bus links , and we are only around a mile from Waterlooville so it a very convenient.
We have added to the property over the years, such as the conservatory and the study/bedroom 4, and so the house has grown with us. The conservatory is a really lovely place to sit and relax, whether it is a warm evening or even in the Winter.
We would love for another family to enjoy living here as much as we have.
