" Tucked away in a delightful private road within easy walking distance of the vibrant seaside village of East Wittering, this three bedroom detached bungalow is offered for sale with the advantage of no onward chain. At present, the accommodation includes a central living room overlooking the south facing rear garden, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom plus a separate WC. EPC-E.
