" Berry Barn is a substantial residence occupying a prime coastal position on East Strand with direct access to the beach. The property enjoys near panoramic sea views of the Solent and Isle of Wight to the south and views across open equestrian land towards The Downs to the north. Many of the neighbouring properties within East and West Strand have been significantly re-modelled or replaced with new bespoke homes of high quality. Subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission, Berry Barn offers just such an opportunity. EPC-D.

There is also a regular bus service to Chichester with its full range of shops, cinemas, restaurants, Festival Theatre and main line railway station. Goodwood Racecourse/Motor Circuit are some 3 miles beyond Chichester.
