" 4 Anthony Way is tucked away between Southleigh Road and Birch Tree Drive, and accessed from a footpath running between the two. This detached property has a south facing porch and a large 23' sitting room/dining room with a fireplace, currently housing a gas fire. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, plenty of storage and an integral washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs the master bedroom has wardrobes and fitted units and there are two further bedrooms and the bathroom. The rear and front gardens have fenced boundaries and are mainly laid to lawn with roses, buddleia, hydrangea and some flowering cherries. There is a garage which is situated in a separate block. 4 Anthony Way is located in a tucked away position in North Emsworth, close to the picturesque village of Westbourne which has a church, doctors' surgery and local shops. Emsworth itself, at the top of Chichester Harbour has good local shopping, two sailing clubs and restaurants including the Michelin starred 36 on the Quay. With good rail link to London Victoria & Waterloo, as well as easy access to the A27 & A3 Emsworth is a delightful area in which to live.
