" Melbury is an elegant and imposing semi/attached Victorian villa, circa 1844, which occupies a fabulous and quiet backwater location within this highly desirable residential area. The accommodation is arranged over four floors and briefly comprises of a sitting room and dining room both with Victorian fireplaces, a kitchen/breakfast room which has an aga, four bedrooms, a bathroom, separate w.c., a study and a delightful loft room/occasional bedroom which is approached via a steep staircase. The property has much character and charm including various fireplaces, ornate ceilings, coving and picture rails. The property has gas fired central heating, some uPVC double glazing and a security system. The gardens which lie to the side and rear of the property are a truly exceptional feature.
