32 Churchtown Meadows is a modern detached bungalow situated in a village location part way between Truro and St. Austell at the end of a small cul-de-sac enjoying open rural views to the rear. St. Stephen is a village with a strong community which lies in the heart of Cornwall within easy distance of Truro, St. Austell, Newquay and Bodmin. The village itself offers a wide range of facilities including local primary and secondary schools, two public houses, parish church, Methodist chapel, recreation ground, surgery, launderette, hairdresser and other general stores.
