" DESCRIPTION Located in the sought after residential area of Beacon Park, this spacious and intriguing detached bungalow offers good sized accommodation throughout and has been well looked after by the current Vendors. On immediately approaching the property the external fascia has been recently painted and improved. \r \rThe front of the property is approached via steps which lead up to the entrance porch with PVCu double glazed French doors and side windows leading to the porch area. A handy area for coats hanging space with tiled flooring, the original front door is wooden with stain glass windows inserted which opens into the entrance hallway from here. The accommodation itself splits off to both sides, being a double fronted property, with a centrally located hallway. Carpeted flooring, wallpapered walls up to picture rail from here. \r \rThe spacious living room benefits from a large square bay fronted window which houses PVC double glazed windows and floods light into the area. Neutrally decorated, a feature electric fire with wooden surround and tiled hearth provides a focal point to the room, whilst the room is complimented by quality wood effect laminate flooring. \r \rOpposite the hallway, mirroring in size, we find a spacious bay fronted double bedroom. This room benefits from a continuation of wood effect laminate flooring, some built in wardrobes offering shelving and hanging space to one side, a large bay fronted window PVC double glazed floods light into the room. \r \rFound adjacent to this, entranced again off the hallway and facing the rear of the property, the second double bedroom again is in good size and benefits from additional built in wardrobes to one side, large PVCu double glazed window overlooking the rear garden with a continuation of decorative theme. \r \rAccessed towards the end of the hallway, a handy walk-in shower room offers walk-in shower area with half screen, low level WC, wall mounted had wash basin with PVC double glazed window allowing natural light into the area, whilst the room is finished with wallpapered walls and wall mounted towel radiator to one side. \r \rThe open plan kitchen/diner offers a light and spacious environment which will house a good sized table and chairs. The kitchen area itself benefits from a matching range of base and wall mounted units with roll-edged work surface over with room for freestanding electric oven with extractor fan wall mounted over, space and plumbing for washing machine, fridge freezer and stainless sink with drainer and mixer tap over. Two PVC double glazed windows to the rear and side allow natural light to flood into the room with an obscurely glazed PVCu door which gives access to the side, rear and front of the property. \r \rSome original built in storage cupboards are found into the chimney recess set to one side, whilst the room is finished with hardwearing tile effect laminate flooring. Although the kitchen has been maintained and looked after, it is in need of refreshment and refurbishment and many other properties similar in the area have extended this area further into the rear garden to provide a larger kitchen/dining space. \r \rExternally, the property benefits from a walled area to the front with decorative stones laid to floor and steps leading with handrail to the entrance porch. To the rear a good sized area laid to two areas of lawn with vegetable patch and producing raspberry bush in situ can be found. A patio to the side provides a handy sheltered and fairly private area in which to enjoy the sun and is laid to patio slab whilst adjoining block built workshop provides power, light and window to the side. Also found in this area we find a wooden storage shed which will be staying in situ providing storage. \r \rThe property itself benefits from PVC double glazing and offers the potential to extend and improve. This sought after residential area coupled with the fact of its potential and its one level living space means the property should be sought after and an early viewing is highly recommended.   PLYMOUTH Plymouth is a city with one of the most natural harbours in the world.
