SITUATION
Torpoint is a busy Town on the edge of the River Tamar in South East Cornwall with a car ferry link to Devonport, Plymouth across the River Tamar. On leaving the Torpoint Ferry take the first turning left into Marine Drive and continue along the riverside until the road starts to bear right. Turn left into Chapeldown Road and the house can be found on your right hand side.
