SITUATION

DIRECTIONS
From the centre of Millbrook, just beyond the Chemist's take the right fork up Higher Anderton Road; at the crest of the hill turn right into Maker Lane and the property is the on the left. Maker lane continues up to Maker Heights from which there is easy access to the villages of Kingsand/Cawsand or to Cremyll.

DESCRIPTION
The detached bungalow is of post war construction with block work walls and a slate roof. Windows are mainly the original "Crittal" metal units although some have been replaced in uPVC. It is fair to say the fittings are dated throughout, but non-the-less the bungalow is ready for occupation and could be updated at a later time.

The property occupies a large plot of land and enjoys superb panoramic views over Millbrook lake / village and on to Dartmoor in the far distance. The main Garden is a lawn to the North-East of the bungalow.
