A very individual character residence, built circa 1932, retaining many of the original features of this period, including wood stripped floors to the ground floor and all the original wooden doors, together with picture rails and deep skirting boards.

From the Agents office proceed down Church Street, turn left down Greevegate, take the first right by NatWest Bank, proceed along Northgate and into Belgrave Avenue and the property is on the left hand side.
