" When the current owners designed and built the property in 2006, lots of thought went into retaining the beautiful look from the front of the other Edwardian properties within the area. Attention to the detail didn't stop there, as once you enter the property it is clear to see many other interesting features have been included. From the entrance hall you have access to the open plan family kitchen/dining room with boxed bay windows to front, engineered oak flooring and under floor heating throughout the property. There is a separate utility room and additional downstairs cloakroom. As you reach the rear of the property you enter the main family reception room, there are fantastic vaulted ceilings and bi-folding doors leading out onto the well-designed modern garden. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of these offer a full wall of built in wardrobes and storage and the other offers the same impressive three window boxed bay to the front.
