This Grade II listed house is set out over four floors with a 19' kitchen diner, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor. A 19' reception room and a bedroom on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and the fourth bedroom located on the third floor with an en-suite and a walk in wardrobe. Some parts of the house date back to 1257! But this family home also has gas central heating and modern kitchen and bathroom. With easy reach of the town centre the property is well located and close to local shops, schools and transport facilities. This house will also surprise you with a garden and a garage!
