From Brynmawr town centre proceed over the roundabout signposted for Nantyglo.  At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted for Winchestown.  Proceed through the traffic calming system and turn right into the Lakeside development.  Take your second right hand turn and the subject property can be found on the right hand side.
