" An attractive semi detached family home which was constructed in the 1950s and stands in an established and popular residential area with a good sized garden to the rear backing onto a pocket park. A number of improvements have been made including the removal of a wall to create an open plan contemporary style lounge/diner and, of particular note, is the John Bain stone fireplace with a gas living flame fire.
