" A well maintained modern two double bedroomed end of terrace property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular residential area of Abington. The accommodation comprises lounge, re-fitted kitchen/breakfast room and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom. Outside the rear garden is laid to patio and there is a driveway leading to the allocated parking space at the rear of the property. The property further benefits from gas radiator central heating and is offered with no upward chain.

LOCAL AMENITIES . There are a variety of shops on the Wellingborough Road, including a supermarket, banks, fashion and furniture stores, newsagents and greengrocers as well as a bus service from the Wellingborough Road to Northampton town centre. Local schools include secondary schooling at Northampton School for Boys on the Billing Road and ample Primary schooling is available. Motorway access is via Rushmere Road and then Nene Valley Way to Junction 15. References to schools should not be taken to mean that the schools mentioned have places available. Enclosed by wood panel fencing and is mainly laid to patio enjoying a sunny aspect and privacy. Gated access from front to rear. PARKING . There is an allocated parking space located at the end of the garden to the rear of the property accessed by a driveway to the side. HOW TO GET THERE . Proceed out of the town along the Wellingborough Road, turn left into Stimpson Avenue and proceed up Stimpson Avenue.
