Ground Floor
Partially glazed door leads into the central hallway, with high ceilings, dado rails and deep skirting boards. This provides access into all the major rooms on the ground floor. The first on the left through an attractive wood panelled door leads to the living room with south facing and east facing bay windows, the main focal point is a fireplace, it has high ceilings, this is a beautifully bright room. From the hallway and on the south elevation lies the dining room, another generous room this one with protruding chimney breast, picture rails and large south facing window with secondary glazing. Again, from the main hallway lies the kitchen, there is a central island which includes three-person breakfast bar, integrated storage in the form of cupboards and drawers, the island also contains a double oven with a five-ring hob and extractor above. Additional counter space can be found at the back of the kitchen with one and a half bowl stainless sink with mixer tap above with flexi-attachment. There are two windows overlooking the rear garden, integrated dishwasher and spotlighting to the ceiling.
To the rear of the kitchen lies a WC and there is access into the utility which contains plumbing for a washing machine, gas fired boiler, ceramic one and a half bowl sink and access externally via a partially glazed door to the rear gardens.
Double doors from the kitchen lead into the `p` shaped sun room with double doors leading outside, it is a spacious room on the west elevation of the home. The final room on the ground floor is currently being utilised as an office although it could make a lovely playroom or even a bedroom.

The driveway opens into a gravelled parking area which extends both down the side and in front of the house. The gardens predominantly lie to the south and are mainly laid to lawn, there is a generous half circle patio abutted to the south face of the home. Mature trees surrounding provide privacy and shelter. Further gardens lie to the rear of the property with two timber outbuildings which require some attention.
