Attractive double gates on stone pillars lead down a long gravelled driveway bordered by well-maintained lawn with intermittent lighting. That in turn is bordered by a large beech hedge offering privacy. There is a turning point at the front of the house which is neighboured by a flagged path leading to the front door and around the left and side of the house. The driveway continues beyond the turning point and provides access into the double garage which offers an electric car charging point, power, lighting and storage into the roof.
Cast iron pedestrian gate leads through into the rear garden which is predominately laid to lawn and has a variety of flagged paths, patios, gravelled areas, borders and an attractive recently laid flagged seating area at the most eastern point.
Although this section of the garden is bordered by a combination of fences, shrubs, hedging and a post and wire fence, the properties boundary does extend down into the dene.
