" With one careful owner from new since 1955 you can tell immediately this has been a really happy family home.I love the retro appeal and original features. There is a large spacious hallway so there is room to place furniture and give it a homely feel. With three double bedrooms there should be no arguments over whose having what room plus the loft space is just waiting for a conversion. The windows are already in and there's enough room for another two bedrooms or you could really give it the wow factor with a large master bedroom and en-suite.The lounge has a stunning 1950's fireplace as a focal point, a lovely room for the family to snuggle up in and watch the t.v.The kitchen/diner is an amazing space, the original kitchen is quaint and it would be a shame to replace it but if you decide to redesign it you will have so much space you could go crazy. Then to top all of this, the garden is huge and flat with a vegetable patch, perfect for organic lovers.
There is a garage and sweeping driveway giving enough space for all the family to park their cars.I could go on but I suggest you go and see it for yourself.

What the Owner says:

My dad built this property in 1955 as our family home. He was a local builder and built many houses in the area but I feel he saved the best for us to grow up in.It's been a perfect family home, walking distance to the school and on the main bus route. We had plenty of space around this house but of course there is still the potential for more should the lucky buyer need it.We've loved it and hope you do too.
