" If you;ve always wanted a property in a good residential location with the potential to extend then here is your opportunity!
It is a three bedroom semi detached property with a decent size lounge big enough to hold three piece sofas along with your 40" plasma, what a way to relax and enjoy you new home.
The social area of the property is the lounge /diner spreading through from the front to the back of the house looking directly into the garden providing a fantastic outlook. The open nature is perfect for having parties or just friends and family around making it much more accommodating.
An extension to the rear of the garage has provided a ground floor toilet, utility room and another room. This can be used as a spare double bedroom for when people come to stay, as an office if working from home or alternatively as a playroom or second lounge for the kids.
Ideally located at the top end of Lordswood which means access to the motorway is really straight forward so less time on the journey, more time for a lay in or once you've finished work you'll be home a little earlier so that you can enjoy the early evening sunshine relaxing on the garden decking.
If you don't drive then a walk to the local amenities, shops and schools is possible so there may be some saving on fuel costs, more money to spend on making the property what you want it to be.
