" Imagine if the first time you buy you are able to purchase not only a three bedroom home but an end of terrace with good size accommodation which you could stay in for a long period of time, while your property stacks up its equity. That's why people stay in these homes such a long time, they are good size, affordable homes.
On entering the property one of the first things hits you is the stunning refitted kitchen. With a large breakfast bar, stainless steel double oven and hob and integrated dishwasher, this really is a lovely family space.
To the rear of the property is an excellent size lounge which has doors leading out to the lean to and upstairs there are three really good size bedrooms and a bathroom.
The rear garden gets the sun all day which is probably the main reason why this property is such a light, bright, airy space. At the bottom of the garden is a garage which gives secure off road parking. Again, a rarity to find somewhere with such easy parking in this location, one of the many reasons we think this property will tick all your boxes.
Another added advantage would be that the property has no chain which means we can help guide you through to a quick and easy exchange and completion.
You could be in this property by the summertime enjoying the sunshine in your back garden.

What the Owner says:

We bought this property approximately 8 years ago. I'd lived in the area before and had family around here and I wanted somewhere we could actually walk to the shops and the schools and this property had all of that.
We have done a lot to the property during that time, replaced the kitchen in 2005, redone the patio for low maintenance and rear garden in 2003, added a door from the garden into the garage so that you don't have to leave the property to get to the car.
Apart from the size of this property, one of the best things is the location, being situated so centrally to Chatham and Maidstone town centres. We have easy access to the motorways, several schools and bus routes.
